The Max Hansen Caterer 2021 Thanksgiving Dinner Package has everything to make your Thanksgiving dinner a special event. Because of the continuing COVID restrictions, we must limit all orders to PICK UP only.
The last day to place your order is Monday, November 15th.
We are roasting Local Natural Turkeys raised in Lancaster Pennsylvania.
We are providing a full pound of turkey per person as we know that leftovers are almost as important as the actual Thanksgiving dinner, the same goes for all of the side dishes, there should be plenty for the holiday weekend.
Our Thanksgiving Dinner Package includes:

- Whole Roasted Turkey
- Sliced Turkey Breast and dark meat if you prefer, with a rich homemade gravy
Our Signature MHC Cranberry Port Sauce
Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes with sweet butter and fresh chives
Candied Yams with bourbon, brown sugar and orange zest
Sauteed Green Beans with caramelized shallots and roasted cherry tomatoes
Blue Moon Acres Baby Field Greens with butter roasted walnuts, blue cheese, caramelized apples and an apple cider vinaigrette (All components will come separately)

- Caramelized Onion & Sausage Stuffing with fresh thyme
- Gluten Free Stuffing with caramelized vegetables and raisins
- Vegetarian Stuffing made with caramelized vegetables, sun dried cranberries and a rich vegetable broth

A 50% deposit is due when placing the order.

- Chicken Yakatori Skewers with scallions and apricots and a soy and sesame aioli $3.00 each
- Lamb Kefta Skewers with a roasted tomato and cumin sauce and tzatziki $3.00 each
- Mini Wild Mushroom Bread Puddings with a white truffle oil, porcini mushrooms $4.00 each
