The Max Hansen Caterer 2020 New Year’s Eve menu has everything to start off 2021 with a bang. Because of the continuing COVID restrictions, we must limit all orders to PICK UP ONLY. Pick ups will be from 12 noon until 4pm on December 31st at Max Hansen Caterer, 4723 Pt. Pleasant Pike (GPS 5200 PT.PP). Please call our office at 215-766-3439 to schedule your pick up time.

Our 2020 New Year’s Eve menu includes:
Individual Beef Wellingtons, puff pastry, 7 oz. Black Angus filet, madeira sauce, served with mashed Yukon Gold potatoes and sauteed baby arrowhead spinach $45.00 each
Pan Roasted Duck Breast and Confit Sausage, served with a sun-dried cherry sauce, French lentils, and sauteed baby arrowhead spinach $42.00 each
Pan Roasted Atlantic Halibut, served with a lobster cream sauce, sauteed homemade gnocchi and sauteed baby arrowhead spinach $42.00 each
Arugula with toasted pine nuts, currants, shaved Reggiano Parmesan and a citrus vinaigrette $5.00 pp
Blue Moon Acres Field Mesclun Mix, caramelized apples, candied walnuts, crumbled bleu cheese & an apple cider and grain mustard vinaigrette $6.00 pp
