Wow! What a wedding! I have lost track of how many people have told us, “This is the best wedding I have ever been to!” We cannot begin to thank you enough for our magnificent wedding. Everything was executed flawlessly. The food, the service, the staff, everything was great. As an owner of multiple restaurants, I have a very critical eye towards food and service. From the original menus, to perfect preparation and elegant presentation, the food was TOP NOTCH. We have received so many compliments on how good the food was. And, not on just one or two items, but every item from that day has been mentioned. This is not your typical wedding food. I am envious of the great people you have working with you. I find it challenging to attract good people. It looks like you have found them all.

Karen and I were so relaxed during the whole day. Once we got to {the venue} we saw how everything was coming together and had no reason to worry. We knew everything was in good hands. Your coordination with all our other vendors was vital. The entire planning process was also very easy and often enjoyable! Who would have thought?! You were very responsive in our needs and getting back to us with answers to our questions.

We’ll definitely be giving you a call the next time we need a caterer.

Dear Max,

I wanted to write you to express our extreme gratitude and admiration for the job you and your team did in catering the wedding of our son Zach and his bride Brittany in a tent on our farm in Bucks County two weeks ago tonight. The food was incredible, and the style and level of service made ‎it even more incredible. I should know. I run over 20 world class restaurants worldwide, some in partnership with some of the world’s greatest chefs, including Alain Ducasse (the most michelin starred chef in the world). A number of those restaurants are also in world class hotels, where we do all of the banqueting and catering for the hotel, so I clearly know how difficult it can be to turn out a cocktail reception and plated dinner for a large number of people at the same time and have everything come out as if made one at a time. And we don’t do it from a makeshift kitchen in a tent in the middle of a field.
 
I can not tell you how many wedding guests have said to me that they have never been to a large function where the food was high-end restaurant quality, prepared perfectly. Your emphasis on local, quality ingredients also added to the experience. My son Zach and I are so happy we got the chance to work with you. Even aside from the quality of the end result, you made the entire process a pleasure. Not only are you and your team wonderful to deal with, but professional and extremely flexible. We know food and are very particular. We had extremely high expectations; you and your team exceeded them. My wife and my new daughter in law’s parents were over the moon about what you accomplished.
 
I am happy to know that you cater outside of the local area and I and my son intend to recommend you to friends of our‎s, many of whom are in NY and the Hamptons, when they are having catered events.  I encourage you to share this letter with any prospective client who can email me at the address above and whom I would be more than happy to speak to personally if they email me with contact information.

I want to thank you for making our wedding day PERFECT!!

The compliments were flowing throughout the weekend and have continued into the week. The food was stellar and considered by many to be the best “wedding food” they’d ever had. LOL!! Wedding food indeed. This was a dining experience! My family is BIG into pies and could not stop raving about them! The lobster was succulent and was enjoyed the following day as well. 

I very much appreciated your ideas and expertise with pulling the event together. Some of the most recent changes to the “vision” like the wild flowers vs. hydrangea on the tables and your wonderful burlap runner on the tables really added to the casual elegance of the night.
